About

Jessica is a passionate advocate for the trans-formative power of Bodypsychotherapy/Core Energetics and Brennan Healing Science. She has extensive experience working in a broad range of settings including: community mental health services for adults, crisis hotlines, clinical services for adolescence, teaching and running workshops for the broader community, as well as private practice for the past 8 years.

 

She is a faculty member at the New York Institute of Core Energetics and Institute of Bodypsychotherapy in Brisbane, Australia. She loves working with people from all walks of life and backgrounds. As an avid traveler who has visited and lived in many parts of the world she has a deep appreciation for the rich diversity of different cultures and lifestyles. 

 

Jessica is committed to her ongoing professional development by keeping up to date with current research from both alternative and mainstream psychology.  She is also a firm believer in offering her services with integrity and humbly continues on her own inner journey of healing.  She is pleased to offer sessions in both English and Swedish.

 

She currently resides in New Jersey with her young family and partner. In her spare time she enjoys keeping active, gardening and cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

2001- 2002 USUI/KARUNA/SEICHIM Reiki level 2 practitioner 

 

Additional: ASIST suicide Intervention qualified, Mental Health First Aid (Adolescents & Adults), Senior Drumbeat Facilitator, Diploma in Crisis Phone Counseling, Mental Health & Addictions, Trans-cultural Mental Health and Findhorn Foundation ex-member (2002-2004).

 

Jessica is a registered Practitioner level member with USABP and adheres to the USABP ethical guidelines.
