About
I began my humble journey as a therapist by being a client first. As a teen I struggled with anxiety but didn't quite have the words or insight to name it for what it was. I moved through the world in a semi disassociated state with a deep longing and hope that there was more to life than this.

Along my journey I met people who touched my life in meaningful ways, therapists, healers, teachers and bodyworkers who helped me find what I was looking for deep inside; the words to bridge my inner and outer worlds, the resiliency to bounce back from challenges and the strength to create the community and life I longed for. Out of this experience emerged a powerful longing to be of similar service in the world, to support others in their healing journey back to themselves and their communities so we can create a better world together.

My professional experience crosses a broad range of contexts including: community mental health services, crisis hotlines, clinical services for adolescents, teaching and running workshops for the broader community, as well as private practice for the past 16 years. I have taught principles of Core Energetics at The Institute of Core Energetics, New York and The Institute of Bodypsychotherapy, Australia and currently hold an Adjunct Professor role at The Barbara Brennan School of Healing in Japan and Australia.
On a personal note, I am an avid traveler who has visited and lived in many parts of the world. I speak both Swedish and English. I currently reside in Jersey City, with my partner and our young son.
